The West Coast Metal Art site began in the early 90's.  The site was a gallery selling art work as well as an on-line portfolio for a group of Artists in the Western United States.    We had our own shopping cart and banking system for the artists, we conducted direct sales for those showing on the site.    Most artists showing their work on this site had no other web presence.   Since that time selling via the world wide web has become common place....and setting up a site and conducting business is quite an easy thing to do. Most all dedicated, working artists now have their own web sites, and conduct their business through those sites.  

 WCMA is still an active portfolio site and  You will find bio pages for most of the original artists and on theses pages you will find a link to each of their personal business sites...go there to contact them directly and to see their newest work.  

We have added  West Coast Design projects to the site...tile projects and wood projects.   The tile work is from Diane Petersen, her jewelry bio is on the site as well.    The woodworking projects feature but are not limited to Sequoia lumber.

Most sales for sequoia lumber as well as most commissioned work for tile or lumber projects are conducted using Pay Pal.  Pay Pal is free for buyers.
